토론토 한인회는 정관 제 4 장 8 조 3 항에 의거하여, 임시 총회를 아래와 같이 개최한다.
토론토 한인회 정회원들의 참석을 당부한다.
In accordance with Article 4, Section 8, Paragraph 3 of the Korean Canadian Cultural Association’s By-law, a Special AGM will be held as follows. Regular Members are requested to attend.
*정관 제 2 장 5 조 1 나) 항에 의거한 정회원의 정의는 18 세 이상의 일반회원 중 사무국에 등록한 회원이다.
Definition of Regular Member pursuant to Article 2, Section 5, Paragraph 1b) of the By-Law is a registered member among general members aged 18 or older.

2. 안 건 | AGENDA
- 새 정관의 승인의 건 | Approval of the New By-Law
- 최소와 최대 이사 수(25-60)의 승인의 건 | Approval of Minimum and Maximum Number of Directors (25-60)
- 최소와 최대 이사의 수내에서 매년 이사수의 결정에 대해 이사회에 위임의 건 | Request to delegate to the Board of Directors the decision on the number of directors each year within the minimum and maximum number of directors.
- 새정관에 따른 한인회 설립 서류 개정 절차 승인의 건 | Approval of the Articles of Amendment procedures for the new By-Law
- 2024 년 정기총회 회의록에 담긴 번역 오류의 정정에 관한 승인의 건 | Approval for the correction of a translation error contained in the Minutes of the 2024 AGM
*정회원의 참석여부는 1 월 23 일 오후 5 시까지 등록요망
