TTC holiday service hours

The TTC will be adjusting some schedules between Sunday, December 22, 2024, and Saturday, January 4, 2025.
The hours for Customer Service, Customer Information, the Lost Articles Office, Photo ID Centre and the Customer Service Centre Office will also be adjusted. More information is available below.
TTC free on New Year’s Eve
The TTC will be free from 7 p.m. December 31, 2024, until 8 a.m. January 1, 2025. During this time, customers do not need to deposit cash, TTC tickets or tokens in a fare box. Customers paying by PRESTO card or Ticket, debit or credit card should still tap, but won’t be charged a fare. Have a safe and happy holiday season, from all of us at the TTC.
Tuesday, December 24, 2024:
Customer Service will close early, but will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Customer Information will close early, but will be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The Lost Articles Office will close early, but will be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Wednesday, December 25, 2024 – Christmas Day
Subway service starts at 8 a.m. and the system will operate on a Sunday service schedule.
Customer Service, Customer Information, the Lost Articles Office, Photo ID Centre and Customer Service Centre Office will be closed.
Thursday, December 26, 2024 – Boxing Day
Subway service starts at 6 a.m. and the system will operate on a Holiday service schedule.
Customer Service, Customer Information, the Lost Articles Office, Photo ID Centre and Customer Service Centre Office will be closed.
Tuesday, December 31, 2024:
Customer Service will close early, but will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Customer Information will close early, but will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Lost Articles Office will close early, and will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, January 1, 2025: New Year’s Day
Subway service starts at 8 a.m. and the system will operate on a Sunday service schedule.
Customer Service, the Lost Articles Office, Photo ID Centre, and Customer Service Centre Office will be closed.
Thursday, January 2, 2025:
Regular operating hours will resume Thursday, January 2, 2025, for service and all offices.
