Commemorating the 4350th anniversary of the Korean National Foundation Day called Gaecheonjeol on October 3rd, ceremonies of raising flags held in Toronto and Ottawa, respectively.
In Toronto, the event hosted by Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Toronto was held at Queen’s Park on Oct. 3rd.
About 200 people gathered to celebrate the 4350th anniversary of Korean National Foundation Day & the 37th Korean Heritage Day.
The reception followed the Flag Raising Ceremony.
