Canada Day 2020 will be held in different way

In light of the current and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Canada and around the world, Canada government has decided to celebrate Canada Day differently this year.
On July 1, Canadians will be able to tune into virtual Canada Day celebrations.
“Together, we are meeting one of the greatest challenges in our history, and this year more than ever, Canada Day will highlight the strength that unites us.” said the Minister Guilbeault in the statement.
Canadian artists and artisans will put together a virtual program, reflecting our diversity and values, and showcasing the immense talent.
